Has anyone purchased from “Must Have Ideas”

I have purchased several things from this company.
Never been disappointed.The mould magic is excellent, as are the storage boxes with the zip and transparent front panel to see what you have packed in there.
Other things which don’t immediately come to mind.

I've never heard of them but after getting onto their website I'm DEFINITELY buying from them! And apparently if it's not delivered in 2 days then it's free! WEEEEEE!

I have - no grumbles. Useful innovative items speedily delivered. A broom and brush with rubbery bristles - these are great. And I have the pot covers which can be used instead of cling film - they are good. And the collapsible colanders set.

I bought their Mould Magic, which does work. I have had other things from them, some of which didn’t quite come up to expectations. I think you have to be careful about what you order.
Their service is prompt and efficient.

The real downside for me was the continual barrage of marketing emails that I got from them. But most businesses do that these days.

I've bought a couple of things from them and been very satisfied with the products and the service too. Their jar opener is very useful indeed.

I am particularly interested in the “Slice and dice” (which is a more convenient size than my food processor) and will be great for salads. The “Miracle melt” also looks useful as I hate defrosting food in the microwave. Has anyone purchased either of these items?

I am reminded by Luckygirl that I also bought the brush with rubber bristles.
The hand brush removes my cat’s hair off carpet and upholstery really efficiently.

Hiya, Ive bought a few things over the years- the miracle melt does work- best if items are out of the packaging. I bought some self adhesive hooks too which have yet to slide down the tiled bathroom wall- been up about 2 years and got them to avoid drilling into the tiles.
Over the years have bought other things but to be honest can't now remember what, but was pleased with it/them at the time.
Yes the bombardment of emails is annoying especially the ones which arrive saying similar things to 'we see you've been browsing, have you made your mind up yet?". These always have the opposite affect for me, and unless its something I'm desperate for I will then not order!

Yes the bombardment of emails has started! The good thing is that the last one offered free postage so I will probably purchase and then unsubscribe!

I buy then immediately unsubscribe to avoid the deluge.

I have bought many things from them. I love my spray floor mop but not so keen on the solar lights.

I was so impressed with the mould magic that I spent £200 buying products from them, many of which were rubbish. Two small tables for the grandchildren to use for meals that were’t fit for purpose and downright dangerous. I complained them and was told I had to return them. As they were large items I refused and they reimbursed me with the money. However, they still continue to sell them and advertise them as strong enough to hold a sewing machine.As you can see in the photo the legs swing around, they are not secure. And they don’t fold easily for storage at all; you have to dismantle them and my arthritic hands struggle with that. I wouldn’t even rest a cup of tea on them. A gadget that seals plastic bags. In the advert they put a phone in a bag and immersed it in water. There is no way that it seals properly. I have used it but not for its original purpose. Their delivery service is very good but I would only buy something from them that isn’t a gadget of some kind. I know you have to be careful not to sign up to their loyalty scheme but I prefer using Easylife (there is a warning thread about them which is worth reading)and have never been disappointed in their products

I’ve bought quite a few things from them without any problems and subscribed to the one off annual delivery charge.
Unfortunately, my last purchase of toilet cleaner omitted to mention pouring a kettle full of boiling water in the pan first - I’m not keen on carrying those around.

I’ve bought a few items from them and was most impressed with the space-saving hangers. Less impressed with the radiator brush, which was too wide to do the job.

The Tidy ties are a waste of time, too. Better off using some string. Their microfibre cloths aren’t very good, although they’re ok as dusters and some other cloths that are supposed to absorb lots of water work after a fashion but arrive all stuck together and, when dry are stiff as a board. I have found uses for them (I cut them into strips and put them in places that get wet eg water comes in through my front door so I put a strip inside the door) but they don’t look like the ones in their advert.

I’ve bought a couple of things from them. The duster for skirting boards is a bit fiddly and not particularly effective. I bought a holder to rest my ipad on, so I don’t have to hold it up, and that’s very useful.

Yes, I have several times. Mostly very happy with my purchases.

I can’t believe that they’re still selling those tables given that they’re so unstable. I keep meaning to report it to trading standards.

The constant use of items we apparently ‘‘must have’ really irritates me.

They prey on disorganised people like me who think that buying certain gadgets will turn their lives around. There are some things that really have turned out to be good. A microwave saucepan from Easylife in which I can cook frozen vegetables and then using the lid can drain them.Good for cooking small amounts of vegetables for the dog,And a mat that goes in the freezer compartment and stops ice building up. I think that might have come from Must Have Ideas but I’m not sure. Their mould remover really is good and has cured a terrible mould problem in my partners bathroom. I don’t think the green bags that are supposed to keep vegetables and fruit fresh actually work. It just seems to make them damp. There is a little ‘ cheap’ shop in the next village that actually sells a lot of similar products much cheaper. The jar opener that someone recommended on here is one of my favourite recent purchases; I’m so grateful to whoever mentioned it as I never knew such things existed. My life being quite dull I find it quite exciting watching it work. I’m rather tempted to buy the tray that is supposed to thaw frozen food instantly but I’d like to get a recommendation from someone first.

It’s things like clothes marked as must haves which probably irritate me most. M&S do this and I wish they didn't.

Having said that someone mentioned a mat to stop the freezer 🥶 needing to be defrosted is of interest. .
