It's so debilitating. Does anyone have any advice on how to sooth my eyes/ I understand the grieving process has to happen, but unsure of how to help my poor, stinging eyes. I've tried hay fever eye drops.

I played very many recordings by Snatam Kaur, day and night, they are meditative chants and very beautiful. They helped me get through this awful first stage of grief. There are many on youtube

This particular one helped me to release grief when I was holding it in too much.

Crying releases stress hormones in the tears. Let it happen.

I recommend the "single dose" eyedrops for dry/irritated eyes, sold in pharmacies. Slightly more expensive than a multidose bottle but less risk of cross infection .

Also, Bachs Rescue Remedy ( a couple of drops on the tongue), from good pharmacies and Holland and Barrat. Essence of flowers, harmless and soothing when overwhelmed.
