Oh is that a shrug? I thought it was a WTAF emoji ? ( which is also needed).

It comes up on my iPhone if I type shrug. Though I suppose that could be a couldn’t care less shrug, a WTAF shrug, or a I don’t know what’s going on shrug.

Let’s have it anyway, then we can confuse each other by scattering it round liberally and randomly. Like the Mumsnet biscuit. grin
