Sunshine and vitamin d will hopefully perk you up and doing something you enjoy doing. Making something you are good at will give you a boost be kind to yourself. ?

Sorry to hear you are feeling low, do you have a good support network of friends /family? There are also lots of self help techniques like mindfulness etc around.
I recently discovered the Chatty Cafe Scheme. Before covid they set up special areas in some cafes for people who would like a good chat.
Now they run 3 zoom sessions weekly on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 1pm from the comfort of your home. There is no commitment to go all 3 days you can just pop in when you are free. I've joined a few times now and they are very friendly and chat about anything and everything.
If you would like to give it a try email [email protected] and she will send a link to join the chat.
There's one today at 1.00pm.
Just a few ideas, hope this helps and good luck.

So sorry you feel this way. It’s all too easy to listen to the negatives and miss the positives. There are some excellent tips on the NHS website.

Don't judge your inside against other people's outside - everyone is putting on an act to some degree

Fake it till you make it

Honestly, you really aren't alone in feeling this way. You are very brave to admit it flowers

Sorry you're feeling like this. Unfortunately I can't advise as I'm the same. Life events have knocked my confidence/self esteem. I have none whatsoever. I hope someone here can help you.

Unfortunately I suffer from low self-esteem, have done for a very long time now. Can anyone give some advice on how to correct this. I am so fed up of feeling this way.
