If you could narrow your favourite films of all time down to just three, which would they be?

Mine would be:
Midnight Run
It’s A Mad Mad Mad Mad World
South Pacific

Sin City
Casablanca
Two out of the three will be the same next week, but one will change and does so regularly.

I was listening to You’re Dead to Me about Eleanor of Aquitaine and they mentioned The Lion in Winter. Must watch it. This thread is making me want to see so many films!

I haven’t seen the one with Patrick Stewart in it, but O’Toole for me was the epitomal Henry II. Full of restless energy and the charisma just crackled off him like static electricity.
