I think most of us had no idea that you were ill Phoenix but just taking a break from GN and working...so sad to read what is happening to you.I always thought one day I would get down to Devon and meet you for a drink at some point.
You sound sanguine about things, and that is a sort of bravery you know.
Only post on GN if you really want to, everyone will understand.

I am so sorry to read this post and have a tear in my eye. I feel like I’d love to give you a big hug . I’m quite new here too but the impression I get is that you are a larger than life character. It sounds like you’ve taken the cards you’ve been dealt on the chin like a trouper.

I, like others, was so very happy to see you posting again but had no idea of the journey you have travelled. Really sorry to hear your news phoenix. Like others, I have missed and shall miss your posts. Delighted, though, that you had a brilliant birthday.

When my cousin's daughter was planning her funeral, she insisted that they serve really good bacon rolls at the 'bunfight' afterwards. They brought smiles and much appreciation. I hope you plans will include some surprises!

My most recent job didn't require travelling or smart suits but I always wore under wear!
