Mine would be a trip out in a chartered yacht to one of the remote Galapagos islands where the giant tortoises live. Im not very mobile so we would be greeted by a 4x4 and ferried out to the remote locations where these creatures hang out. The staff would then set up a pergola with chaits, tables and a champagne lunch so I could sit and enjoy my lunch while watching the tortys. They dont usually move very fast. Later we would head back in the glass bottomed boat so we could see the turtles swimming underneath.

The Galapagos is the last place on my bucket list that I would like to go.

Perfect day out with a Tall, Dark, Handsome, Funny, Intelligent Man, Doesn't have to be rich but able to afford a nice bunch of flowers, decent picnic obviously with a chiller compartment somewhere warm overlooking the sea and some woods behind. No sexual inuendos but maybe some good old fashioned flirting. (So that will be a nice car, private yacht, no covid. Oh and a nice happy dog and maybe a cat or two). Then off for a family get together with my sons and their wives,

My perfect day would be to land a publishing deal or win a competition for writing my plays. So sick of not being published.

An early morning walk on the beach with the dogs having it all to ourselves then back home for a lovely breakfast and coffee on the deck looking out over the sea, the rest of the day just pottering about in the garden and lunch at the local pub with a lovely glass of cold champagne. Then in the evening dinner in another good local restaurant with nice wine and a taxi home to a bed with lovely freshly laundered sheets and duvet that smells of the fresh sea air.
