I’d love to have looked like Joan Collins in her younger days. Although at nearly 90
she still looks fantastic!

I don't really bother about my looks, but admit to wishing I had Kirstie Allsopp's eyebrows. smile

I always had the same colouring as Nicole Kidman and Meryl Streep. I think I would like to look like the latter who has aged well and now wears her glasses with style. I would need to grow a fair bit taller too.

Audrey Hepburn for me, please

nadateturbe Fri 15-Oct-21 08:22:02

Francoise Hardy.

Don't compare yourself to other people. Be yourself, everyone is already taken. . The ER thought pattern is not from God at all and I realise it's probably meant light hearted but we live in a media world of comparison and I feel is can cause real problems. She is prettiER than me / richER than me / calmER / thinnER / StongER / etc etc etc
You are wonderful just the way you are and sometimes you see someone who is completely comfortable in their own skin ( sadly not often ) and they are beautiful when you do. Don't underestimate the beauty of being you .

As a teenager, I was said to resemble Julie Felix, the folk singer. As an adult with permed hair, a bit like Joan Collins. Now with straight hair again I look like …… an older lady …… me! Happy with that. ?

Stopped wishing I was taller, slimmer, prettier, a long time ago. I’m quite happy to be me.

Grace Kelly

Sophia Loren. A naturally beautiful, sexy, curvy woman. Bit like me, really wink

JackyB Fri 15-Oct-21 09:01:15

I have never thought about this! I would like to look like someone who is comfortable in herself, like Lisa Tarbuck. I'm not sure I would like to be drop dead gorgeous and have people staring all the time. I'm trying to think of someone who really is impeccably beautiful.

Scones Fri 15-Oct-21 09:04:34

Today you are You, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is Youer than You. Dr Seuss.

I'm plump, short and ordinary looking but I like being me.

Although just once I wouldn't mind strutting down the high street like Beyonce with all heads turning and cars slamming on brakes.

Someone once said I looked like Gillian Anderson, I laughed for days

VioletSky Fri 15-Oct-21 09:11:02

I wish I looked like Gillian Anderson

Scones Fri 15-Oct-21 09:15:59

Gillian Anderson is stunning. You must be gorgeous Violet Sky.

Someone (a long time ago) said I looked like the woman off of Footballers' Wives. I don't think it was a compliment grin

JackyB I know exactly what you mean about Liza Tarbuck. She looks so friendly.
I think that she’s lovely, I’ve mentioned her on here before, and she is very popular.
I don’t know why we don’t see more of her. Liza would have been perfect for Countdown, her or,(or even and) Paul O’Grady…

Sorry. To answer the question.
Helena Bonham Carter (but with auburn hair).
Or if I’m going more ‘perfect and flawless’, Kristin Scott Thomas.
Or old school, Ingrid Bergman.

BlueBelle Fri 15-Oct-21 09:17:17

Oh gosh I ve never wanted to look like anyone I enjoy being an individual

Georgesgran Fri 15-Oct-21 09:18:01

A young Elizabeth Taylor would suit me. I do have something in common with her though.

Blossoming Fri 15-Oct-21 09:19:58

I look like my mother and don’t want to look like anybody else.

If I have to choose I’ll go with Audrey Hepburn.

Ladyleftfieldlover Fri 15-Oct-21 09:25:42

I’m quite happy looking like me, but maybe a couple of inches taller and a couple of stones lighter!

twinnytwin Fri 15-Oct-21 09:26:48

When I had my hair short and blonde a lot of people said I looked like Denise Welch. My identical twin sister had this too. We're used to having folk mistake us for each other mind you.

Michelle Pfeiffer in Grease 2. My DC were addicted to this film! I wouldn't mind looking like Olivia Newton John as she is now - she looks gorgeous.

Poppyred Fri 15-Oct-21 09:36:37

Someone once said that I looked like Jan Francis form Just good friends….. I wish!

I used to think I looked like my mother too Blossoming. When I got a bit older I started looking like my Dad. This week I looked down at my hands and they reminded me of my grandfather's!! It's nice to feel that connection but crikey I'm not sure I want old man's hands.

Genuinely don't look like her at all! Lol
