I’d love to have looked like Joan Collins in her younger days. Although at nearly 90
she still looks fantastic!

I’ve never thought about this, being more or less happy as I am. If I have to choose, I think Jenny Agutter.

In my teens I wanted to look like Cathy McGowan or Twiggy. I wanted to BE Pattie Boyd because she had George Harrison. Now I never think about it. I agree that Joan Collins is fantastic.

OK if you insist Brigitte Bardot. She looked gorgeous when she was younger and I like her now, as she is, an older lady, without all the plastic surgery most famous people resort to.

Blossoming, I look like my mum and wish I didn't. I used to look like my Dad's sister but, sadly, no longer.

In my teens, I looked like Sandy Shaw which I loved but recently someone told me I look like Brenda Blethin.

OK I'm female but I'd love to look like George Clooney ?

Otherwise it's Jodie Kidd.

Well back in the 60s someone told me I looked like Paul McCartney!

Apparently, I already look like somebody famous, Julie Walters...or so I've been told, many times, by complete strangers. ?

I was told years ago I had cheek bones like Raquel Welch….it was a very, very long time ago!

LadyGracie Fri 15-Oct-21 14:08:05

I’ve always been told I look like Wendy Craig.

Scones

Blossoming

I look like my mother and don’t want to look like anybody else.

If I have to choose I’ll go with Audrey Hepburn.

I used to think I looked like my mother too Blossoming. When I got a bit older I started looking like my Dad. This week I looked down at my hands and they reminded me of my grandfather's!! It's nice to feel that connection but crikey I'm not sure I want old man's hands.

I still look like my mother, and it isn’t just me that thinks so smile

Mr R is always being told that he looks like the racing driver Damien Hill.
But we can't see it! grin

She was beautiful, wasn’t she. My OH adored her.

In the 60s I looked very like Cathy McGowan. Being partly Irish the sort of look I always wanted is personified by the lovely Aisling Bea. To look so lovely and be so funny!

Kate1949 Fri 15-Oct-21 16:41:44

Fanny grin I suppose Paul McCartney was quite 'pretty' in his day. This was said to me when I had my dark hair and Mary Quant (sort of) hairdo. When I lightened my hair, I was always being told I looked like Miss Diane from Crossroads.

I'd like to look like someone with small boobs. So much easier to buy clothes.

I'd be perfectly happy to look like me but 40 years ago!

When I was very young, primary school age, I wanted to look like one of The Ronettes, the singer, it was the behive and eyeliner, Amy Winehouse obviously felt the same.

Later on in teen years, after studying Romeo and Juliet our class was taken to see the film that came out around that time, after that really wanted to look like Olivia Hussey, just loved her hair and skin.... not a spot in sight!

Then all those Swinging Sixties girls, Julie Christie, Pattie Boyd, but I wasn't a blonde and came to terms that I never would be.

I think these days, I'm not too hung up about looking like anyone in particular, but would love to be flat chested, yes really,!!!!I liked having them once, now I want them disappear, because they spoil the line of clothes imo!

seacliff Fri 15-Oct-21 19:51:08

I've ever wanted to be like a particular person. Just would love to be naturally slimmish, and have confidence.
