A couple of weeks ago the BBC bless them produced an article stating that a child had been raped by a woman. Of course it was a man.
The BBC makes the Daily Mail look like the work of Shakespeare but I wouldnt dream of talking about BBC viewers in the way the Daily Mail readers are talked about.

Anyway, as a woman who has not yet reached retirement age I have never had any problem with women's retirement being brought in line with men's. As a woman I am quite as capable of working for just as long as a man.

Also as we all know, people are living much longer lives now and this is placing a burden on everyone, not just in terms of pension but on the NHS and being able as a country to support our elderly.

Families are in crisis trying to provide elderly relatives with good care and I am watching many good friends struggle to provide for their parents needs.

So the pension age is being pushed back and trans people as members of society who work, pay taxes and exist living their ordinary lives are included in these transitions.

Everyone should be equal, in all areas and that is what we need to keep working towards

They feel born in the wrong body, they didn't set the standards in society on how to express that verbally or physically so they are doing so within widely accepted social norms WE all perpetuate

And trust me, if you weren't perpetuating social gender norms you would have 0 need to wonder what was in someone's pants by looking at their physical characteristics

It's a bit odd. It only applies to people born within a tiny window (7days) in one year. Are real cis women born within those dates entitled to get pension at 65?

Now that's a clear example of an untruth Galaxy because you absolutely know I'm not interested in perpetuating gender norms unless you haven't given me the courtesy of listening to anything I have said for the last few years and just pick and choose what you want to highlight to further your own thinking.

But we all know that gender norms are present and perpetuated across society. If being a woman was typically associated with wearing a potato sack and walking around with a banana on your head, that is likely what trans women would be doing too

There are numerous funny or not funny legal anomalies when you look into it. So I think titles for example arent affected by changing 'gender'. So if a female transitions to a Male their Male sibling would still inherit the title rather than them. Or that was the case last time I looked.

Transgender women born between 31 October 1953 and 6 November 1953 may be eligible for State Pension from 31 October 2018 to the date of their 65th birthday.

I really don’t understand this. Their 65th birthday will surely be from 31 October 2018 to 6 November 2018? Am I being completely dim, or does this mean that the very few transgender women born during this period will get some (extra?) state pension for just up to a week? Why?

A woman born on 1 November 1953 would have reached retirement age on 6 July 2018, so it’s not actually giving them the same SPA as other women.

It just makes no sense, does it? Or is it me….?

I’m not lying, legally trans people, once they’ve transitioned will be known as their trans gender. Why does that make me a liar?

Do they? I mean aside from one or two, do they? What exactly do you mean by “women’s space” ?

I was speaking to VS cossy about the wrong body thing.
It is important though, it was used by many of the transgender organisations until women pointed out that it is a really dangerous thing to say to children. You know us bigots who have been pointing out for some time that there were quite extensive problems with regards to the messages given to children on this issue. That puberty blockers were dangerous, that mens criminality is different to womens and therefore single sex provision is important, all the things that are now being shown to be true. That was the bigoted feminists waving the warning flags.

Prisons, changing rooms, sport, lesbian dating sites, those female spaces. They are covered by the equality act.
