Oops! A little late today, so with 44 posts to read I thought I'd better post before I read.
So good morning from a grey skied, intermittently sunny Angus coast - where there is no wind or rain!!! Oh what a joy.
Yesterday was a lovely day (apart from the wind, that is) with lots of family communication one way or another. I love delving into their lives for little tasters. DGD3 had got her Baking Queen mojo back and facetimed me to show me she had made a lemon meringue roulade which looked lovely and obviously was as tasty as it looked because little bits of it were disappearing as we chatted ๐. Then came a phone call from DS2 who was stuck in traffic on his way home from work and needed a distraction. And in between times there were WhatsApps with DD, DS2 (in Frankfurt for the weekend) and messages from Dancing GD's friend who has just landed a new job. I may live 'out in the sticks' a bit, but modern day communication brings us all so close, doesn't it.
Today will be a catching-up on household tasks and a blether with Lovely Gardener and a conversation with the fish in the pond if the wind stays away
I hope you all have a pleasant day and all those aches and pains and bugs of all sorts stay under control. Take care x
