I can relate to this. I have been using same stylist for around 10 years. She's expensive,£48 cut and blow dry,£120 colour. After Covid I grew colour out but after a year my natural colour so dreary that I returned to having it coloured and I'm happy with it. The cut I'm not so sure about,it looks fine, nicer when done in salon not so easy to do at home.
When I moved to this stylist it was a leap of faith after a few not so good experiences. I am starting to feel a little disgruntled though. She will often try and change appointment times,we book appointments 6 months in advance etc, feel expensive. To complicate issue my daughter goes to same stylist and is very happy with colour, but also feels same. Her nails are also done in same salon which she is very happy with. Not sure whether to jump ship or not. Grass isn't always greener-or cheaper!
