4th Covid Vaccine Refusal?

Is there anyone who has refused to have the 4th Covid Vaccine? I am due to have mine soon, but so undecided this time. I always get swollen lymph nodes near my collar bone.

If you have had three without bad side-effects, you will probably have the fourth without them. You and your daughter react independently.

I know that makes sense Elegran but it has still paused me.
She was fine after having the first two it was the third one.

I understand she is one of the statistics unfortunately, that there will always be on such things.

Welshy your question came up amongst my colleagues at work. It is around 50/50 take up even though covid is still doing the rounds here.

I have had four. No side effects and I am happy to have more. Does anyone think we need more than four? The NHS site says that I'm eligible to book for my fifth although I only had my fourth in October. I'm happy to have it but has there been a long enough gap? Some info says 91 days after my previous one but the NHS site us telling me to book if I want one. What would others do? The fourth was called my autumn booster (I think).

I would guess that if the virus you encounter is a variant which your previous four jags didn't cover, then you will get some generalised protection from them, but not as much as you would get from the latest version of the vaccination, which will include the latest known variants (if there has been time to add them in)

Just as the latest flu jag will cover the latest known variant of flu, which changes frequently. That is why flu jags are offered every year.

Elegran Sat 07-Jan-23 15:11:23

October to January is at least 91 days, so it is not too soon. If you are offered it, take it.

Thank you Elegran I will.

How does anyone know at this moment in time if the vaccines are harmful or not - only time will tell. Personally I will not have 4th, 5th or 6th. After 2nd AZ I had shingles after 3rd Pfizer I had gastro issues for one year. Where is the evidence and transparency that the boosters address the latest strain. It is not possible ! Where are the stats re: sudden deaths, excess deaths and heart issues ??? Nothing is transparent?? Why

volver Sun 08-Jan-23 19:43:06

I am not a clinician or an immunologist or anything of the kind.

However even in my non-medically trained state I can tell you that vaccines don't have long term effects.

So there you go, less to worry about for you.

Interested to read that you think its not possible for the vaccines to address the latest strain. Why's that then?

And all the stats are transparent but you just haven't looked for them.

Spare a thought for people with serious health issues who can't get required surgeries because hospital beds are filled with others who have covid; many of whom might not be as sick had they accepted their jabs when offered.

I wonder if those who have refused Covid vaccinations, will refuse treatment, if they are hospitalised with Covid.

Despite having had very serious side effects with my first three vaccinations, (I have had six now), my cardiologist, who worked in Covid ICU, said I had done the right thing to try and minimise the terrible effects of Covid on those of us, who are CEV.

He said that he had never seen such terrible damage, as he had seen in the hearts of Covid sufferers., it's not just like a cold, as some on here suggest. They are the lucky ones..

When will folk get the message The vaccines don’t work !
Lots of proof from both doctors & scientists if you care to research
Long term effects are not known & death rate risen for those jabbed. Folk are being used as Guinea pigs!

Unless you are a qualified virologist (or the equivalent) I'll assume your 'research' is via Doctor Google. So reliable..

Covid vaccinations absolutely do work.
Irrefutably.

Bridgen has had the whip removed because of his anti-vax stance.

I've just been looking at his Twitter timeline.

It's completely bonkers.

How is he an MP?

Yep, me too - he is an idiot, a dangerous idiot at that

Tamayra death rate risen for those jabbed No, it has not risen, it has gone DOWN. A far higher proportion of the UNvaccinated CoVid patients die than the proportion of vaccinated patients do.

If there were forty vaccinated patients and three unvaccinated (because there were so many more vaccinated people in the community to start with), and one of each died, then ther chances of death if vaccinated would be one in thirty, but unvaccinated would be one in three.
NOTE - I am not saying those numbers are exact for the real figures at any given time, they are just to show that what matters is the proportion of deaths to patients who have caught CoVid

Biscuitmuncher Wed 11-Jan-23 17:29:10

How can you say how great the covid vaccine is? More people are dying than ever! Young people dropping with heart attacks. 20% more deaths now than there should be

volver Wed 11-Jan-23 17:33:45

I think most of us are just tired of your misinformation now Biscuitmuncher. Its dangerous.

varian Wed 11-Jan-23 17:37:05

The death rate among unvaccinated people is still far higher than that among the vaccinated even though vaccinated people now make up a significant proportion of deaths

You can't even make up lies accurately! hmm

Biscuitmuncher Wed 11-Jan-23 21:34:39

Volver I can imagine you feel quite silly believing what you've been told but the evidence shows you've been lied to

varian Wed 11-Jan-23 22:48:09

Oh dear biscuit you must stop watching Fox News and believing the utter rubbish peddled by Tucker Carlson.

This nonsense claim you keep repeating has been well and truly debunked by today's "More or Less" programme on BBC Radio 4.

Biscuitmuncher Wed 11-Jan-23 23:45:10

Varian the BBC? Oh well that's gospel then

So where's your evidence? Go on! Provide some reliable links and we can follow them up.
