It's arrived! We're off to spend a few days in our caravan in Thetford forest and and, as it looks as if the weather is about to deteriorate, I've packed it so that Husband Who Cooks can be inspired.

Glad that your book arrived Nfk Dumpling-How lucky you are to have a husband who cooks,!!!! Mine just eats!!!! Enjoy your stay in Thetford Forest, of course you could always go foraging!!!! We are having the Spanish Style Chicken Bake tonight, and it smells delish!!!!!!

DH is finding the recipes I've tried so far really tasty, as do I. The trouble is I still add the odd new potato occasionally so the weight will take just that bit longer to shift.

Lamb and spinach curry very tasty too. It already has omen potatoes in it golden so that should please you.[tasty emoticon]

Is it an omen that I had just fallen off the wagon and eaten all the grandchildren's giant chocolate buttons - the ones I keep here and use to reinforce potty training! What a bad nana I must be.
