Weight watchers

I have just joined weightwatchers, this is my first week and tomorrow is my first weigh in. I just wondered if any of you have any experience of WWs. If so do you have any advice?

The 5.2 diet seems very popular here but I doubt I could manage on 500 cals. I get hunger pangs at work at the best of times!

Any advice would be greatly appreciatedsmile

If you need willpower, (and don't we all) try a new outfit that you love, and watch yourself get into it, I can now get into clothes I bought, but never was able to wear, 2-3 sizes smaller than I became.....not only can I see my toenails, I can paint them, and turning over in bed is so much easier too ! x

Just do all you can to follow the WW program, don't be disappointed if you don't lose the first week, if you get stuck, ask a friend, it really truly works, and Drs now recommend it as the best eating plan !
