Try this (below). You don't have to believe it will work:
Clear your bedroom of electronic devices.
When you switch off the light and lay your head down, say out loud three times (don't give in because you feel silly),
"I will sleep now. I will wake up at (chosen time) feeling refreshed and ready to start the day!"
Practise every night wether or not you believe it will work.
