BBC, ITN, Sky, Most national newspapers, all have online sites. Over time you learn to recognise reliable sites - and their biasses because every site has a bias, but if the facts are write you can shrug off their interpretaion of them.

I think in broad terms suspect ones are social media accounts on X, TikTok, Facebook and the like - even Gransnet!

If I sound picky I spent my whole working life providing senior managers with information on a wide range of subjects - and it had to be correcr and provable. so I am like that over any information, even to friends and family.

Every media outlet has an editorial agenda even the BBC, some of the national newspapers publish articles that are downright scurrilous. They are not interested in news it’s all about increasing viewing or circulation.
