Where are we all

I live in Germany now, came here in 1968. I live in a small market town near Stuttgart and was born in Sheffield where I lived until I married.
I flew in from Manchester 2 days ago. I always feel homesick for a day or two.

Lancashire - with a great view across the Fylde Coast in 1 direction and as far and Grange Over Sands in the other. :}

I lived in Cornwall in my hippy days. Still love the place more than anywhere else in the world, although I live in the East Midlands now, and rarely go back there. Lived half way between Bodmin and Camelford, and then spent a short time in Boscastle. Tend to go to Northumberland, these days. I can still close my eyes and do the walk from the car park in Boscastle up to Minster Church.

Hippy days in Cornwall.... what a glorious time that must've been..I am so jealous.. but still want to be that person!

I,m in Tiptree Essex, UK. Where the jam comes from - visit us for a cream tea !!!! 2000 calories a mouthful !!!

I was born at the Green as well glassortwo!
My dad worked at Swans harrigran, also my granda and uncle.
When I was little Swans dominated the town.My mother would put the potatoes on when the dinner time buzzer went, as by the time my dad walked home they would be ready.

pinkprincess all my family came from the Wallsend area, but our family were miners at the Rising Sun Pit, that was until my Dad joined the RAF and we then moved all over the world. The skyline of Wallsend has changed a lot since those days hasnt it!

Originally from Brighton, moved to Kensington when I married in late 60s and then moved to Surbiton, South West London early 70s. And still here!

I was born in East London, moved to Oxfordshire, then to Essex, now I'm in Somerset and have been here for 18 years and I absolutely love it.

I have also lived in Cumbria while DH worked in Barrow, we still have our home there so I suppose I qualify to reside in two counties.

One of my sisters and my niece live there in Wallsend and it has changed alot.
My sister lives near the site of our old house which has since been demolished.When I visit her it is like seeing ghosts.

I'm in County Durham, but have lived all over England so can't claim to have a authentic affinity to any county or town! But, apart from the weather, love living in the North East!

I live in Northamptonshire now, have lived In Kent, Sussex and Germany.
But I was born in London and lived there till I had my eldest daughter.
I do miss the shows and theatres in London although I love the countryside that I live in now,
