both Margaret Hodge and Ian Austin now face disciplinary action , Margaret for telling Corbyn he was anti semetic and Ian for telling a close friend of Corbyn the party has become a sewer . Freedom of speech not allowed in the party.

Oh Annie Ash is a Muslim with a family history of anti-racist actions. Had you posted something similar about a Jewish woman it would have been considered as disgusting as I find this.

Anniebach Sun 16-Sep-18 21:43:17

My opinion Trisher, surely you are not playing ‘ the offended Card ?

Anniebach Sun 16-Sep-18 21:47:16

What has the Muslim faith to do with a thread on anti semetism? Deviation ?

trisher Sun 16-Sep-18 21:59:53

Liking the actions of an Islamic woman of Bengali descent, with a mother and grandmother who were both active in anti-racist politics, to the Hitler Youth Movement because of a belief in movement politics is not only offensive Annie it's racist.

Youth trisher, youth

Carry on trying to deviate from anti semetism in the Labour Party, I will not reply. Have you read Iam’s link ?

Read it and listened to the debate Annie and as I said it wasn't particularly well received. Anna Soubry's speech in favour of the motion was much better and was applauded more. It was a very good speech, but Ash's was better.

You have a touching faith in what anyone under 30 says
trisher
The Muslim faith has nothing to do with this thread, but hey, if it distracts from the subject......

trisher Sun 16-Sep-18 22:29:52

lemon Annie brought in Hitler Youth, I think a Muslim woman would be quite justified in calling that racist.
I think the concept of movement politics is interesting and I can see that there may be a lot of support for it. It would of course upset the PLP. Maybe that is why some of them dislike Corbyn. In his ascendency they see their own decline.

lemongrove Sun 16-Sep-18 22:34:25

Corbyn may well be seeing his own decline, in fact he may have peaked now with voters who see through him.Rejecting any Brexit deal could well be the final straw for Labour voters, many of who voted to Leave.

So that’s why he isn’t to be seen, he is accending . I was so right in the lead up to the election , I said he was promising rainbows

At last year’s Labour Party conference, Len McCluskey denied that Labour had a problem with anti-Semitism. At this year’s, Luciana Berger, a Jewish Labour MP, is being escorted by police protection officers.

Just saying.

Anniebach Tue 25-Sep-18 09:15:06

Luciana has had horrific death threats, the police are taking them seriously. What isn’t be reported is the details of the threats some MP’s are getting, not ‘I will kill you’ but details of how, details of rape including gang rape.
