The "People's Vote" as I understand it is not in or out, but whether or not we except the agreed Brexit deal.
I think there have been as many interpretations of what '"The People's Vote" means as there are as to what 'Leave' means.
A vote that just asked if we accepted the 'agreed deal' or 'no deal' would be completely meaningless and not worth turning out for. None but the terminally stupid and disaster capitalists would vote for 'no deal' so whatever 'deal' had been agreed, however bad it was, would win by default.
Leavers will, no doubt, be mightily cheered by John McDonnell touring the radio studios this morning to say that Labour would only support this binary choice of crap or crapper as they wouldn't want a 'Remain' option. I expect that a few thousand more potential Labour voters he's just lost...
