Trump suggest injecting disinfectant to fight Coronavirus.
Sure way of killing a few more people.

grandMattie Fri 24-Apr-20 09:53:47

Perhaps he should try it on himself to see if it works... ?

EllanVannin Fri 24-Apr-20 10:17:06

Perhaps he might like to try Jeyes Fluid ?grin

He's not right in the head is he ?

MiniMoon Fri 24-Apr-20 10:22:20

He's a "very stable genius"!

Well that's his opinion anyway. I think the Trumpkin should keep his thoughts to himself, if he had a brain, he'd be dangerous.

paddyanne Fri 24-Apr-20 10:26:15

Ellanvannin we're not allowed to say that, someone on another thread was called out for saying he's not the full shilling and called a lefty by a different poster who as a trump supporter is saying TRUMP 2020 ...lets hope that doesn't happen. The first person who dies after injecting disinfectant ..and someone will try it on his say so ..should see him prosecuted .Maybe he should be stopped from making his daily "take" on CV ,Before he causes real harm to the folk who elected him

He IS dangerous - and yes he is mad. What a time for such a powerful man to be in charge.

Anyone who is mentally ill needs our sympathy; but the people around him need to get him out now.

MaizieD Fri 24-Apr-20 10:26:53

I can follow his reasoning. ???

Yes, he's utterly bonkers...

CherryCezzy Fri 24-Apr-20 11:04:13

Such ignorance and stupidity! I read this this morning and I was totally ?! He's telling people to, essentially, poison themselves!! Let him be the first to try it. He also told people to irradiate themselves with UV light!!
Unf-ing-believable ?? !!

MaizieD Fri 24-Apr-20 11:04:51

And, I'm sorry, I don't think he is mentally ill. Or, if he is, he's probably been like it all his life. He's just got a mixed up way of thinking and the money to pay for 'enforcers' to help him be successful in business. it would be interesting to see some clips from when he was a TV presenter. I wonder if he was any more coherent then?

I think he strikes a chord with people because their thinking processes are as muddled and incoherent as his.

Callistemon Fri 24-Apr-20 11:09:00

Well, someone has to be a guinea pig.
Who better? Who is more high profile?
We could all watch as it takes effect.

Cindersdad Fri 24-Apr-20 11:45:38

Boris needs to distance himself from Trump though it does seem that ineptitude is prevalent on both sides of the pond. Boris is not as mad but Brexit is more important to him and his cronies than COVID-19. He should not forget that one of the two nurses who cared him in his hours of need came from the EU.

Lockdown has prevented those of us who feel that Brexit should be stopped from being heard. Why didn't they join the EU procurement initiative, they must have received the emails telling them they could take part; to do so would have questioned the wisdom of Brexit.

Marydoll Fri 24-Apr-20 11:49:47

There is already a thread running about this, if anyone is interested.

Whitewavemark2 Fri 24-Apr-20 11:51:12

I think he has a very low IQ. I can’t explain it any other way.

EllanVannin Fri 24-Apr-20 11:51:52

What's the difference in saying the man's mad and he's not right in the head ? They're BOTH forms of todays version of MH aren't they ?? Both un-PC aren't they, or is it because it's me ?
Even unhinged is wrong in this MAD world of PC !

EllanVannin Fri 24-Apr-20 11:56:05

Is he to be pitied or what ? Because he isn't well. Isn't this what people do when someone comes out with such a remark ?

All say ahhhh ! Poor man. So please remove the heading then !

jaylucy Fri 24-Apr-20 12:00:02

They were discussing this on Good Morning Britain ( thank heavens it wasn't Piers Morgan today !!!)
Dr Hilary's response was an absolute classic , when asked if he thought that this or the use of UV light internally was a good idea - his answer was that he knew that it was believed by some that the sun shone out of parts of Mr Trumps body, but that neither would work !
I sometimes wonder just how those that are in the same room manage to keep a straight face - I know I wouldn't!

EllanVannin Fri 24-Apr-20 12:02:19

He's a megalomaniac and always trying to go one better than those who DO know. He wants to rule and over-rule everyone.

H1954 Fri 24-Apr-20 12:04:50

What an absolutely stupid suggestion! That's one sure fire way to ensure he doesn't get re-elected! What a plonker!

EllanVannin Fri 24-Apr-20 12:04:50

It's only his wealth that has got him where he is because sure as Hell he's got nothing between his ears.

ninathenana Fri 24-Apr-20 12:06:58

In this case I definitely think he should lead by example

Mapleleaf Fri 24-Apr-20 12:11:12

Well he uses a lot of bleach - his orange hair shows that, and he has strong exposure to UV rays judging by his orange skin, so maybe he's protected from CV19! ??

Seriously though, the man is a menace.

Sussexborn Fri 24-Apr-20 12:13:15

His thought process seems to be scrambled somehow. He seems to have no end of opinions based entirely on a staggering level of ignorance. A bit like a willful toddler when you don’t know what they will come out with next.

I shared a picture of him on Facebook, supposedly a few weeks in to isolation with bright orange badly dyed hair and similar fake tan. Apparently they LOVE their president or so I was told quite forcefully.

It amazes me how many of the Americans on my health forums still think he is wonderful. A few send me private messages and seem quite wary and nervous.

Luckygirl Fri 24-Apr-20 12:13:52

I do think he is mad. He has delusions of grandeur and paranoia. Clinically he is mentally ill.

mokryna Fri 24-Apr-20 12:14:54

EllanVannin
It was not his wealth but his father's, he has been made bankrupt twice and so it was told in a documentary and has not earned any more money than what he has inherited.

Sussexborn Fri 24-Apr-20 12:14:56

They seem to be frightened to speak out.
