Diana’s death. This makes for interesting reading

Obviously calling her a loose cannon publicly and in an official capacity was wrong. But I have no doubt many people thought so privately.

What was her official capacity?

I meant somebody,in an official capacity eg politician calling her a loose cannon.

He didn’t say it in Parliament, a MP has the right to voice their
opinion , Diana wasn’t there representing the U.K.

When Diana died M.P’s who expressed sorrow have remained silent ?

The point is that Siamese said some extremely unpleasant, offensive and unnecessary things about Diana. It was well reported at the time. He was an influential MP. He ought to have been more careful and shown a little respect a young woman who anyone could see was struggling. He should have known better. He apologised later for some of his comments

Was she not Diana princess of wales ?

And in any case people use those terms metaphorically, eg he is a Prince among men.

Yes Diana princess of Wales but not a princess, no difference to
duchess of Cambridge
