It certainly doesn’t sit right with me but I suspect for very different reasons.
The police are investigating and I very much hope that they can prove that the law was indeed broken.
Word pairs. New game 9th November
I’ve pinched this question from James O’Brian. And to me it is obvious, - they are fascists - talking about replacing the police with paramilitaries and bringing back the death penalty as well as shoot f….g immigrants has huge echoes of 1930s Germany.
So why would you vote for him?
It certainly doesn’t sit right with me but I suspect for very different reasons.

Andrew Parker has appeared in Channel 4 TV shows.
On his CV his speciality is stated as secret filming
I am pleased that the Police are investigating this incident, what he said about our PM was racist and disgusting. And how do you explain Farage’s organiser and his foul comments, was he an actor as well?
And that was in their party HQ wasn’t it so, if he’d been a plant everyone would have known.

Suspect away.
What he said was wrong on every level.
It’s down to the law of the land now.
I'm not sure which law was broken. Being a racist and calling people racist names isn't against the law, unless it falls into a few categories. Nevertheless, not breaking the law doesn't mean that something is morally right and clearly this wasn't.

The far right - Tommy Robinson and a lot of others of his ilk are supporting Reform.
As I said, limpets attaching themselves to a ship. They are homeless and can't vote for any of the others because they are all left wing.
Eh? Are the Conservatives really left-wing?
Too left wing for them I imagine. Reform are the most right of the main parties so that's the best they can do. 😬
On the other side of the coin the far left tried attaching themselves to Labour a while back. It's what these people do.
Parts of Europe are very far right politically, the parties doing very well too. Better than they’d ever do here.
Who’s voting for them?

Incitement?
Since we are to reduce immigration, most of which is legal and is people coming in to fill jobs we do not have locally domiciled people to fill.
Could those who oppose this immigration please explain how the NHS, all ready on its knees, the care sector will continue to care for the sick elderly and ill without them A high number of immigrants also work in the IT industry, transport and hospitality sectors.
Those opposing immigration would, ubdubtedly find it helpful to read the recent Migration Observatory report on immigration migrationobservatory.ox.ac.uk/resources/briefings/migrants-in-the-uk-labour-market-an-overview/
The Migration Observatory, based at Oxford University is considered to provide 'independent, impartial and authorative advice, eveidence based reports on migration in the UK'
Perhaps those who oppose migration could read it. The language is accessable and the graphs and diagrams easy to read. Then they could, as I said explain how we would manage without all these migrants in key sectors to our well being like health and social care.

Allegedly Andrew Parker is an actor.
Is this a stitch up ?
If you look closely at the CV GG13posted you will see that the last work he speaks of doing is 4 years ago. A part time actor, perhaps?
It appears that Mr Parker is denying the 'stitch up
However when GB News got in touch with Andrew Parker he dismissed such theories and said that while he was goaded by the undercover reporter, he rejected any suggestion that he was a ‘paid actor’ set-up to make Reform look bad.

I posted Ch4's statement earlier.
It was a terrific publicity stunt though, wasn't it?
Stitch up Ch4, eh?
Maybe the NHS is on its knees because we have over 5 million more people in the UK than when the Tories came in.

5 million more people to increase the country's productivity and pay taxes.
Sorry , Oreo : mea culpa!
The issue isn’t only whether as Farage alleges, Andrew Parker was a paid actor with the aim of discrediting Reform. Farage says he met Parker for the first time on Saturday, instantly recognised him as acting/playing a part. Why wasn’t he challenged
On the campaign bus, it seems no one challenged his racist comments about the Prime Minister
No one challenged the other cancesser who described caprice flag on a police car as degenerate and suggested members of the LGBT community were paedophiles.
I can absolutely guarantee if anyone had made comments like that min my local Labour campaign, they’d have been challenged and not allowed to be part of the election campaign
I’m another hoping the tories keep the seat
I’m disgusted at the racial slur against `Sunak. It doesn’t escape me these people calling him a P… have no understanding of Britain’s colonial history, or the fact Sunak is a Hindu of Indian heritage

Nope it’s because the govt wants to privatise the nhs

Whitewavemark2 Nigel Farage has made a statement which was all over the news this morning stating that the people who were filmed making the racist and homophobic remarks were no longer welcome in Reform U.K.
I heard that too.
The person who made these vile remarks is excluded from the party.
Yes - but no one on the campaign bus challenged any of it, if ch4 hadn’t been filming we wouldn’t know

I thought it was, but maybe I’m wrong.
Of course it wasn’t morally acceptable, whether breaking the law or not.

James O’Brien who attended Ampleforth and LSE.
He is the most smug, arrogant, hypocritical and rude presenter I have ever listened to.
He just stirs up hatred.
Why is someone who is intelligent enough to accept that we cannot keep housing more and more immigrants considered a racist?
Why is someone who does not accept Stonewalls teachings and values to young children a homophobe?
Why is someone who is aware of the dreadful attacks and appalling treatment of women around the world by Muslims an Islamaphobe?
which James O'Brien do you listen to? It doesn't sound as if is the same one I do.

Yes - but no one on the campaign bus challenged any of it, if ch4 hadn’t been filming we wouldn’t know
And he would still be encouraging any paramedics he meets to not treat some people.

You’re right Iam, and I’m amazed that he had the brass nerve to say what he said in front of a camera crew. However, it’s better that he did, because now he’s been exposed.

I find it truly shocking that some people have it in for Nigel Farage. He speaks for the silent majority in this country. He is not racist in any shape or form. He is the only one to tell the truth of what is really going on - the poisoning of our way of life, the indoctrination of our children, all the woke idealogy, killing our democracy and decency and he is the only one who has the guts to challenge it and put the British people first, whatever their creed or colour. It is an absolute disgrace that the establishment disparage him. He is not far right. People need to be educated. Well done Nigel !
HE DOES NOT SPEAK FOR ME.

I’m ashamed and disgusted*to share internet space with some of the people that have commented on this thread.
* oh, and sickened….
I find it disturbing to confirm that some people with whom I have exchanged chit chat, opinions on everything from holidays to family difficulties are excusing these disgusting people and their inflammatory language. As if that wasn't bad enough, there is also the usual load of lies and nonsense about indoctrination, sharia law. Rather like the multiple repeats of the lies about Sadiq Khan.
We don't always agree on everything, but when some of you start excusing racism, lies, violence.....I am shocked. Disgusted. I wonder what your children and grandchildren think.
He doesn't speak for me either! Just back from hols so I haven't read all this thread but does anyone really believe that this was a set up? Surely there's enough evidence around about the sort of people who are linked with Farage that there's no need to set anything up. Farage is a populist who appeals to the very worst in people and that is why he collects the very worst people around him. He's an entertaining speaker but that doesn't make him a person with the values that I care about.

Not sure what that means, but thanks for the sorry😄it’s easy to lose track and mix up posters particularly with the multi quote facility I find, where you can’t tell who said what easily.
