My little yorkipoo is 9 years old and has hip displasia. He's also had surgery for luxating patella both legs. He's a sweet little chap and a very fussy eater..probably my fault. I give him recommended vet food for older dogs plus a bit of freeze dried raw. He's been putting on a bit of weight recently as he can't really run around and get good exercise. We walk him twice daily without fail on a moderate walk. Just looking for advice really..as he's so fussy..he's gone for 3 days before without food because he doesn't really like kibble. His teeth are ok..they have been checked so I can't think why he's not losing weight. Unless another family member is giving him titbits! Anyone have any experience of a fussy overweight dog?
