I know Netanyahu is disliked by many Jewish people the world over, but he was elected, the same as Hamas were elected.

I suppose the nearest to a free democracy is Turkey where there is a large army to stop the minorities fighting each other. All other countries have military rule or conflict, expecting Israel to be fully democratic in a war is unrealistic

I simply do not believe the majority of Israelis want Hamas to be free to fire whatever rockets at Israel or make raids across the border when it chooses. If Israel does get control of Gaza Hamas will get stronger, does Israel really want that?.

Netanyahu doesn’t matter, when the hostilities are over there will be an election, either he will be hailed as a hero or more likely voted out, until then there is a war to be won.

The only reason Israel gets away with genocide crimes is the USA unconstitutional use of the VETO. No meeting in the world gives an undemocratic single "equal authority" vote to overturn what is fact. If Israel is so law abiding why is NY charged by its own courts.
