We're VERY excited to announce that we are finally testing out a new site design! We've been working really hard to make sure it's easier to user and looks neater than the current format.
It is a test though and it may take a day or two to get used to. Apologies in advance for any teething problems - hopefully they'll be minimal. If you have any major problems logging in or you can't access certain things please post on this thread or email us at contactus. We'd love to have your thoughts. 
It'll be up in the next hour or so by the way - in case you're thinking it all looks unnervingly The Same.

Hmm...not sure about this new style, but at least the print's bigger, so easier to read.

Thanks all. mcem, we're sorry there's nothing about the new site that's ticking any boxes for you yet. As we've explained before an edit button would be great in lots of ways (see my own typo above!) but it would be too easy for conversations to be changed and for more miscommunication to happen as a result. We all make typos - especially thanks to the incredibly useful <ahem> predictive text, so a follow-on post just explaining that usually works well enough. Very happy to hear other suggestions on how it might work though.
I quite like it on the laptop but the mobile site is very dreary and I use the mobile site the most. I expect I'll cope but I am getting a bit too old for change!
