How old is too old to wear leggings......?

leggings and Doc Martin boots, blimey I would look like a right buggar if I went out like that. Still not convinced.

Well, bought me leggings from Markies today! £7.50 they were and all I have to do now is get myself a nice wee frock to go with them! I think I can only do this gradually, though...but I will do it...!

Hattie64 - you made me laugh out loud, my OH thinks I've gone mad! Think I share your sentiments. I actually bought two pairs of black leggings (God knows why I bought two) about a year ago to go with a rather tight fitting long top I bought from Next on a whim. I have worn one pair once, in fact the label is still on the other pair. I'm 63 about 5ft 1 and slim (OH would say skinny, but then he would) but I'm not convinced about 'the look'. Maybe I will try again with a looser top. But I'll tell you this I won't be sporting a pair of Doc Martin boots either. Perhaps you could give the leggings a try with something less threatening on your feet!

Try wearing leggings at home first and get comfortable with them before venturing out if you're unsure. And just watch when you're in the High Street - you'll soon spot someone who looks far worse than you imagine you do.
