Loose fit cotton baggy t shirts and tops for a fat tummy

Doesn’t a loose fitting dress look better over a fat tum? Looks more streamlined than a top and trousers, and nicer to wear in warm weather.Mantaray do some nice ones at reasonable prices.

Try matalan, I buy the cheap short sleeved t shirts, not the crew neck ones, the ones with a deeper neckline. They are only £4 each and they are a good length and are 100% cotton so they dont cling like tops that have lycra in. I buy these every year. Or george at Asda do simular t shirts at about the same price. Buy a bigger size for a more roomy fit.

Shortish skimming shift dresses instead of hip length tops give you a more tummyless silhouette. You have to be careful to get a style of shift dress that does not cling to tummy.

This one is almost sold out but I post the picture as it shows a very disguising pleat at the front.

Seasalt do good tops , and their winter tunics are lovely. More expensive , but good quality are Box 2 clothes .

Have bought a couple of dresses from Seasalt in their sale. They do some quite good styles that skim my post menopausal belly. All cotton, some organic, which I like. Not the cheapest but worth checking sales. Seem a lovely independent company that care.

Cotton Traders do some nice linen look cotton tops and Ts - generous sizes.

Get men's tee shirts in the biggest size possible(XXXXL, or whatever.....) . The companies that cater to American men, have vast sizes.
They range in design, quality and price, so you should find a pattern you like.

Men’s t shirts? Very unflattering to women

Nice shape trousers, MerylStreep. I'd like them in self colours to go with patterned tops.
