Can't get my favourite products any more

I have used Yves Rocher in past and it's such a silly carry on to stop selling in UK just because some blokes can't stop waving certain bits of anatomy around in a contest...........

I use NIPFAB. It’s very light and blends beautifully into my skin. Also goes a long way! They do a night cream too that isn’t sticky or too thick. Reasonably priced too!

I’m sure you’ll have enough suggestions by now, but I’ll just throw Victoria Beauty’s Hyaluron Anti-Wrinkle Cream with Licorice Extract for Mature Skin into the mix, if you prefer a light cream. I discovered it on Amazon when I couldn’t buy my usual in lockdown, and still get it occasionally, it’s so nice. And only around £6 a pot.

Boots skincare products are excellent and are often sold on a 3 for 2 basis. Lift and Luminate serum is lightweight and not at all greasy.

I have been using Anne French cleanser for over 40 years. Devastated that it has been discontinued. My daughter managed to find 3 bottles in Superdrug which should last me until Christmas but all other suppliers have removed them from the shelves. A less than £3.00 a bottle can be found for sale on EBay for £39.00!

For people like me who mostly use Aldi products I will point out that Helena Rubinstein said that if people couldn't afford to use her creams every day they would be much better off using a cheap cream. She believed using something everyday was the important thing.

I am another what recommends Aldi day and night creams .They do well in consumer tests in a lot of magazines.

I 'discovered' Aldi's BB cream some time ago when it was one of their 'specials'. I hoped to get it on line, but no success. However, last week, I found it again as a special offer and stocked up (stockpiled?). The light skin version is exactly right for me. If I run out of it again, I'll stick to their moisturiser.

It also doesn’t work for people living in Europe wanting UK goods, which used to be available.

I believe tax will have to be paid, I don’t think ‘birthday present’ will work, maybe more on the lines of ‘ left behind used goods’.

I use the Lacura range from Aldi and I have very sensitive skin. I’ve used most of the creams and serum. You can also get them online as well. I love the subtle perfume and how soft my skin feels afterwards.

I’m another one who uses Aldi’s Lacura Q10 day cream , it’s so lovely and light for everyday wear. Also I find Asda Daily Moisturising Cream for £1 is very good also, it’s bit richer and leaves skin feeling nice , moisturised and refreshed. I’ve tried more expensive creams over the years but I always go back to these . Why pay more ?

I can go to our local Yves Rocher in France and send to you, if required. I shall put a birthday card in parcel and say it is a present smile - can send from Switzerland which is not affected by Brexit. With pleasure, just postage cost.

I do love the Elemis products but have recently been using Avon Sativa Canabis oil day cream, it’s very good on my slightly sensitive combination skin, very soothing and absorbs easily. My daughter has also used it and loved it. Reasonable price too.

I can recommend Wow You products - www.wowyou.com) Their website doesn't say it (must take that up with the owners, who are family friends) but their products are just as good for older skin - light, smell great and aren't too expensive
