I thoroughly enjoyed the film too.
Some have criticised it for not showing enough of SHs work. i knew it was going to be the story from his wife's perspective soexpected a story of a marriage so not disappointed.

I saw it on Wednesday. It was lovely. Late DH was in the same class as SH at St. Alban's, so I got a little bit maudlin - a couple of tissues required

I'm really looking forward to it Tegan especially as it being taken out to see it as a rare treat from DD.

Anya; it's absolutely wonderful. I wish I could see it 'for the first time' again, and I hadn't wanted to see it. Only went because a friend who has similar taste in films told me I had to [she said it wasn't her kind of film either]. It falls into the category of films where the audience just sit in awed silence as the credits roll.

Going to see it tomorrow.

I'm meant to be seeing it on Sunday but I'm still having coughing spasms which would disturb the audience - and me. I may have to give it a miss this time.

It's coming to my local volunteer run cinema in a couple of weeks so will be in the queue to see it. Tickets are £4 and ice creams can be ordered in advance and brought to your seat duing the film !

Not seen it yet, my DS has with his girlfriend. But he has a wicked sense of humour.

Stephen Hawking - not my son, he's just corny.

I too really enjoyed it, more than I expected.

I now want to read the memoirs by Jane Hawking - Travelling to Infinity: My Life with Stephen.
