I was surprised that he missed mentioning corned beef.
Sure to be from those awful feed lots though.
They did look bleak.
That gaucho who said...
"Natural reared beef is strong to the teeth."

Very beef orientated. My DIL, who's vegetarian, was always offered chicken as the vegetarian alternative!
But the 2 ways of production were very illuminating. I can guess which type is used in corned beef.

Anyone else see John Torode in Argentina last night?
He drove all the way across Argentina to visit a posh steak restaurant.
On the way there he stopped off at a transport cafe.
There seemed to be no difference apart from price between the swish place and that truck stop.
