I stuck with the glass blowing one to see what was being created and was a bit disappointed with the jug at the end; then lay awake wondering how they made glass tumblers etc [you know; the sort you buy at the supermarket that don't cost much].

I did watch Handmade yesterday, where we saw a Windsor chair being made with no commentary, and have recorded a couple more in the series. It was lovely restful watching. I hope they do more in the future.

I saw the canal journey and loved it. Perfect background for crocheting! Will look for the dawn chorus on Iplayer.
