favourite films or dramas you can watch over and over

For me it is The Railway Children and Goodnight Mr Tom.

They are pure escapism for me and on a miserable afternoon i will curl up on the sofa and watch.

My little grandaughter is starting to enjoy them too and asks if we can watch them when she comes to stay.

ps I'm not sure what you mean by dramas, but I really loved the TV series Our Friends in the North.
