Yes I’m hugely pleased to see Karim through to next week, and also Chris.
I was very temped to vote for Chis last night, but my heart went with Karim, Chris didn’t need my vote anyway.

I agree that it was time for Saffron to go, but I’m amazed Emma is still with us.

Maybe people just think that if Karim is in the dance off he will get through because he's probably the best dancer so they don't need to vote for him at this stage.

I’ve never been a fan of Anton, and he gets more annoying every week. This series has been different for him. He wasn’t partnered with a duffer. He has mainly been given ballroom, his forte. And a Charleston in the quarter final is a gift. I wonder if this is his last series?

It needs to be Anton’s last series. He just looks like the grandad, and his hair soooo black.

Poor Anton. A stalwart of the series who normally gets lumbered with the likes of Anne Widdecombe, Esther Rantzen, Suzannah Constantine, Nancy Dell’Olio divas or those with two left feet. He has put up with a lot. Cut him some slack Laydees! !

I think it will probably, hopefully be Antons last series. I don’t particularly dislike him, but I think it’d time to go.

I don’t think Emma would still be here if she had a different partner, they’re getting the sympathy vote!

I find Anton really annoying and his behaviour last night was embarrassing. I too hope it is his last "Strictly" - surely he can't enjoy being the 'old man' of the series?

As I’ve pointed out previously, you never see any female professional dancers as old as Anton on Strictly. Is that being ageist? He’s probably only still on because he usually gets partnered with the no-hopers. It’s kept him in a consistent job for the last 17 or whatever series, so he’s not done badly.

Has Emma done any of the Latin dances or the jive yet? Not sure if they have tackled any of the dances that get people out quickly. Do remember a tango.

I also remember Caroline Flack doing a superb Argentine Tango dressed in purple. Perhaps Karin will get to do that. I wonder how they select the dances to do.

I am so glad Anton was never made a judge. He becomes more irritating each week .... possibly noticeable because he has usually been voted out long before now.

Karim in the dance off Perhaps that dance wasn't everyone's cup of tea, nevertheless still think he's one of the best.

It has often happened in the past that one of the best pairs has ended up in the dance-off because viewers have thought (as I did) that they were bound to go through, and voted for their other favourites. That's what happened to Karim this time. If he had to do it again, the judges would put him through because he is not only the best dancer but the best performer and I wish Craig would stop finding excuses not to give him a ten!

I remember Abbie Clancy being in a dance off and she went on to win.

Most of the celebs have paid tribute to their spouses/other halves, so there are only a few who are presumably single. If it's 2 celebs, I wonder if it's Alex and Will as both are heavily into sports. Or Saffron and Dev. Can't think of any 2 possible celebs otherwise.
