They are hoovering all the big names and excellent journalists. It will hopefully make excellent listening.

Oh no I like Iain Dale why they are moving him i dont get it. Dont like Andrew Marr much. I agree LBC is getting very boring with the presenters on the same subject over and over again.

Iain Dale has lots of fingers in lots of pies.
His main job is in publishing books.
I don’t think that he will be leaving LBC, I should imagine that it’s by mutual agreement as he has been very loyal to LBC and been behind many of Global’s successful podcasts.
Dale has excellent connections

Peartree you are in luck!
Andrew Marr is only on for one hour ie 6 - 7; and Iain Dale is still on from 7 - 10 pm.
I don’t think that Marr will be around for long.
I’ve got a feeling (a hopeful one) that Andrew Castle may have left.
I was listening to David Lammy today, what an annoying broadcaster he is.

Oh yes I dont like David Lammy either. I turn the radio off when he is on the same with JOB. They talk like your idiots and think what they say is important. I want good reporting not what they personally think.

I noticed that Lammy has zero interaction with his callers.
They tell him their opinion.
Then he mutes them.
If he disagrees (the most likely probability) he bores on about why they are wrong, then bids them farewell.
They have no chance to reply.

If he actually agrees with the caller, again he mutes them; and repeats exactly what they have said, but very long windedly and slowly; and acts as if it was his idea in the first place.
