Coloured garden fences

Mid green so it disappears with the shrubs in front of it.

My neighbour painted hers a dark green and then gave me a pot to paint my side of her fence green, so half of our fence is dark green. The other side needs painting. I would have prefered black fencing tbh but dark green is fine as I really can't be bothered to upset my neighbour over the colour of a fence

Yes, she is quite bossy but she is a good neighbour and it's give and take anyway

Mid green, makes the garden look bigger

Green. Though I'm thinking about casting caution to the wind and painting it blue to match the benches.

I'm quite happy with natural but aged wood which I creosote annually.

Mine is natural wood colour.
My neighbours have painted their side and (of course) here and there the paint us seeping through.
Very annoying.

My daughter in law painted theirs two shades of blue-gray.
Not my choice.

Ours is wood coloured-we kept it the way it was when we moved in, give or take a slight variation in the treatment shades.

Azure blue. It came up darker than I expected, but looks quite classy

Brown and boring as is all the garden furniture. I'm going to try to persuade DH to paint it blue this year.

Oops guilty pang here, new fencing erected in the autumn, it’s treated, but not painted/stained yet.

Yesterday and today (and likely the rest of this week) I have been painting my fence Golden Harvest! Gosh it's hard work but my chap who would usually do it is elsewhere in the UK & I'm not confident enough to use the sprayer! Previously it was a Red Cedar kind of colour which was very strong and which I never liked. The new colour is softer. I regret I don't have the courage to go blue or green!
My new shed arrives on Thursday which will probably be painted blue and white in a few weeks, after I've had a rest!

Black. All fences, oil tank screen and sheds Matt black.

Mine is Cream and is made of steel, so no upkeep required, and I love it.

Well the fences are fence coloured, but we painted a rendered wall lilac, I’m thinking of buying some matching garden furniture.

Any chance of photos to help those of us who can’t decide.
I’d especially like to see the black BBevan as that’s what I’m thinking of as a nice backdrop to many shades of green.

Urban Slate (dark grey). It makes a great background to plants in large pots.

Does it make the garden a bit gloomy merlotgran? I do quite fancy a dark grey but it’s not a big garden, but not a small patio one either.

My fence won’t be covered in climbing plants as I’m trying to cut down on the work.

At the moment it’s three different shades of brown as I’ve had to have it replaced bit by bit over the last couple of years.

I don’t want to hijack the thread but I really need some help?

Wood-colour here - I wouldn’t say no to a natural looking green though.
I wouldn’t want anything else, especially not black - I loathe anything black in the garden.

No it doesn't, Peasblossom because it's a south facing fence. Green foliage looks cooler against it during the summer.

My shed is green but my fencing is dark brown. It was green previously but I wanted a change.

A neighbour 2 doors away have painted their fencing and shed a silver-grey and it looks lovely.

We painted the garden furniture a sort of soft sage green. If it wasn’t so expensive we’d have painted our brown fence the same colour.
