News on the baby front is that the hospital are a bit worried about Olive's head from the Ventouse, and she has developed a bit of jaundice. I am sure these are only minor hiccups, but she won't be coming home today. DGS will have to wait to meet her as he is not allowed in the hospital.
So sorry Ellianne - we have a rescue black cat too. Have had him for nearly ten years. He was rescued from a house with 29 other kittens ! He lives a life of luxury here. I know the sadness of losing cats. We have had six over the years and four lived to a grand old age.
That’s a shame B9 but sure all will be well. Great name by the way. Didn’t get a chance to post this morning as DD3 had asked if I could go over and help her do some cleaning. Nesting I think. She want to leave everything stuck and span before going in for caesarean tomorrow. She rarely asked for any help but her bump prevents her bending much at the moment. I was happy to be able to do something for her Got home about half an hour ago and my phone pinged with a message from Doctors surgery asking to book my second jab. They had a couple of appointments left for tomorrow but I didn’t think I could cope with that and waiting for news from Dd and SIL?. Will be trying to keep busy tomorrow. Haven’t really had a chance to read posts today but hope you all find a ?.
It’s a shame your DGS can’t get to meet his new baby sister yet B9 but I’m sure baby Olive is being well looked after and will be home soon - sending ❤️ Sorry to hear sad news about your cat Ellianne ?
