Sounds like all our Glaswegians had a lovely time today.
I went to visit one of my friends who has cancer. I haven’t seen her for about three weeks with having had the kidney infections, and I was impressed by how much better she looks after her first two chemotherapy treatments. It’s very encouraging.
Thanks for the weather report dustyangel. I didn’t realise you were in Portugal. We’re flying out next week for a few days. We’ll be staying near to Faro.

Dear you lovely lot, thank you for all your best wishes. Trip is tomorrow. We are making certain that we have all the essentials packed. Three appointments and a treat when we meet up for a blether with Baggs together with a leisurely evening to close the day. After three weeks of doing very little, I am greatly looking forward to a change of scene.

Back again later this afternoon.

Thinking of you all, especially if you're under the weather or have family affected by Covid. It's absolutely rife in our area just now, I've never heard of so many people affected, some for the second or third times. I'm glad we're not rushing to abandon mask wearing just yet.

Safe journey tomorrow Soop. I've had an afternoon of being a train again. A freight train. My bed became a tunnel. My lovely neighbour up the street phoned me to tell me she had been burgled yesterday morning. An opportunistic crime, they think. I will have to keep doors locked in future. I’ve been out for lunch with a few of the ladies from the Aqua class, another lovely afternoon in good company. I could get used to this!
Have a good trip to Portugal maddy we’re off to Palma on Friday for a few days so I’m busy packing a few things and writing numerous lists

Exciting holidays, have a really lovely time brook and maddy.
Rained nearly all day so my car looked muddy with the Saharan dust, better weather for the foreseeable.

Thank you all, we just booked a last minute trip as it’s DHs birthday next week and prior to lockdowns we always liked to go away this time of year. I think the weather forecast is looking good in the UK for the next few days so let’s hope we all get a bit of warmer sunshine to enjoy ?
