Good Morning Everyone,
Its dark but dry here in brackley this morning.
Today < I am hoping to go and see ABBA Voyage at the ABBA arena in Olympic park for an afternoon matinee .
Yesterday , I was troubled with Diarrhea symptoms, making several toilet trips during the day .
I am hoping today I can hopefully have a normal day , I will take tablets prior to waiting for the coach , but if it starts I will return home having first told the driver .

Thank you Scalpal. I am sooooooo envious. Have a lovely time.
I haven just woken up from sleep in the conservatory, which unfortunately is hotter than *Puglia!

Italy at the end of September is lovely. We always spent a week in Rome at that time every year. I still get withdrawel symptoms.

I hope you’re feeling a bit better Marydoll. We also liked visiting Rome in September when it wasn’t so hot. I doubt we will ever do it again but I have wonderful memories.

Thnks Blossoming, still feeling grim, but nowhere as grim as I did!
There are videos on You Tube: "A walk around Rome". I'm getting my fix that way and reminiscing of healthier happy times.😉
