Will do my usual routine going to Bicester on the bus ,and hopefully see someone who had been unable to travel due to flooding on a bus route .

Good morning Mick and all from a dull northwest coast.
Excellent lunchtime recital yesterday with students from Chethams school in Manchester. Only 18 and so accomplished. It’s a miracle the piano is still standing, it had a real pounding. I had a good seat on the front row, piano side.

DD helped with some gardening and taking out Christmas stuff from the cellar. I printed off my Christmas card and wrapped a couple of presents for my BIL and SIL. DD returns south today and will take them.

Hope DH has a good journey Ashcombe, thoughts to Autumncolours grandmattie Blossoming Taichinan and all🌺

Our youngest daughter booked a 3rd year student harpist from Chatham to play at her wedding ceremony in the Manchester Town Hall hollysteers (15 years ago now). She was brilliant!

All the best for your op’ Minimoon. It’s a quicker recovery with keyhole surgery. My previous open surgeries took far longer before I was up and about.💐

I’ve had a long connection with Chethams FGT, colleagues have taught there and we are lucky to have them perform here regularly. The standard is very high👍
