Thanks for your encouragement GrannyIris - to give everyone a laugh, a couple of years ago I was diagnosed with an extremely large/atonic bladder, so since then have had to self catheterise 3 or 4 times a day. The nurse told me that a pint weighs over a pound so I went away thinking I would reach my ideal weight by the end of the week losing 3 or 4 pounds a day haha
Obviously it didn't work that way but I must admit, when I weigh first thing on Sunday morning it is before my morning cups of tea and I always catheterise before as well! Every little helps!
Which thread are you referring to about that records monthly gains/losses? Every bit of encouragement helps!
