How did you choose your username?

Mine is connected to my middle name.

Mine is the name of a beloved cat I had many years ago, its a Welsh word and I chose it as I had Welsh Grandparents.

Mine is also the name of a previous cat and I added "girl" to show that I am female.

Mine is part of middle name followed by the beginning of my name. Do wish I had been more inventive!

I wish I could tell you how I got mine but I feel I must keep it a secret. One day maybe............

I just wanted an easy name that wouldn't have to be shortened by other posters, and I felt like a bit of a loner on here.

Mine is based on the nick name given to me by my siblings and adapted for the Granny part

Mine is because I knit and I was "(k)not" a granny when I joined (but I am now), so it's a combination of those two things.

Mine is sh (the first two letters of my name) and i (the first letter of my OH's name). I have no idea why I thought I had to put numbers after my name, but for some reason I did and these are our ages when I joined GN. Wish I had chosen a different name too.

Because it's my name, though some people call me Pat.

My dad always called me Maggie May, but that was taken. So a bit of inventiveness was called for.
