Now this is terrifying- and sheer terrorism

this is what happens when certain groups are demonised, not just by some far right weirdos, like Tony Robinson and Farage, but by Foreign Secretaries like Priti Patel or Suella Braverman. They whip up hatred, and have to take some responsability, for this terrorism.

So, excuse me if I don't get too worried about some man in a wig, or some woman in a wig and too much make-up, opens a door and the closes it again and goes away! Perspective!

Exactly, and perspective. Seems ot me, and some of you are totally within your right to disagree, of course, that some things are more worrying than others.

''By the way, Nigel Farage isn’t a far Right weirdo. Again, he speaks for a lot of people here,''

I rest my case! Remember that pro Brexit Poster- he has been whipping up hatred for a very long time. And yes, he is a Far Right wing dangerous man (weirdo was indeed the wrong word).

The issue is nothing whatsoever to do with ‘whipping up hatred’ as you put it, but in the case of the Home Secretary, trying against all the odds to secure our borders and to break the criminal people smuggling gangs.

She's not trying very hard, is she? There are several things she could get on with doing to prevent the smuggling gangs, but she prefers to demonise, in Parliament, all asylum seekers, rather than do anything useful.

And, amazing though it may seem to those who approve of this, there are many people who thoroughly disapprove of her inhumane, even law breaking, treatment of them.

By the way, Nigel Farage isn’t a far Right weirdo. Again, he speaks for a lot of people here, just not the prolific posters on GN though!

Perhaps there aren't as many as you think there are. And maybe the 'silent' ones on Gnet are slightly ashamed of their unsavoury views. Or there just aren't many of them, either...

Galaxy I don't know of the mods here are liberal or not. I suspect them of paternalism but that's only a vague impression.

Hate speech is unlawful and rightly so. But I think only very old, ill, or dying people have the right not to be offended by insults to their opinions.

Hate speech is something else. Hate speech inflames reactive emotions that result in slanders , physical injuries, and murder.

By the way, Nigel Farage isn’t a far Right weirdo hmm
