I used to love the Argos alien adverts. Mum always made me think of Judy Murray.

I have no idea who she is, but now I need to watch so I can have a look at Judy Murray!

Judy Murray is tennis player Andy Murray's mum, *MissAdventure". Funnily enough I didn't like her before she was on "Strictly" but changed my mind because she wasn't a good dancer but gave it her best shot.

Oh yes! I know who she is now.
She does like to get herself in on things doesn't she?

merlot, I didn't get any pms, flattering or not. I don't remember jings saying anything but I'm not surprised and am glad she did!

I can't wait for Strictly to be on again. I also don't know many of the 'celebrities' but love the program for what it is. It transports me back to my young days when the only place to dance was in a ballroom with glitter ball and live band. Being asked to dance and being twirled around the dance floor was heaven.
I just wish that the presenters wouldn't act so daft.(hmm)

Next week is the pairing show I think.

I agree, I don't mind who is in it but enjoy the spectacle!

I do enjoy Strictly but I find it very long for the first few weeks until a few get eliminated.

I know more about the professional dancers than I do about the so called celebs this year.

I hope that Claudia Winkleman goes for a long holiday- she irritates me almost as much as Bruce did with her sheer stupidity..

My family all love Miss Winkleman but I am with you Charleygirl - I think she acts like an idiot with her stupid behaviour.
Tess, on the other hand, does a great job, as far as I am concerned!

You have to be extremely clever to appear as daft a Claudia. She's not the highest paid woman at the BBC for nothing! She's the most entertaining person in the whole programme.

Claudia is such fun, I enjoy her zany humour.

I am so pleased that others like Claudia. I think she is fabulous!!

Announced this morning that AJ and Giovanni will have a dance together.

I heard that they were having same sex dancers, didn't catch the whole announcement, thanks mcem.

I am in team Claudia, also love Zoe Ball on It takes two, during the week. In my opinion I think Tess is still abit lost without Bruce.

I love Claudia's wit and schoolgirl humour. Can't stand the boring and cold mannequin Tess and that horrible false laugh yuk !!
Did not like Bruce either so never watched it until last year.
I think it would be good to have same sex couples dancing for the series not just one dance but I think they would have to be from the gay community themselves too and not just partnered up with a gay celebrity.

Think they may be waiting for the reaction before taking that step!
More likely to be Argentine tango than waltz I 'd guess.
On a FB Strictly page, I read about 20 positives, 4 negatives and 4 neutrals!

Love Claudia. Can’t stand Tess- she seems so fake.
Love Strictly, but do find the “padded out” bits in between the dances a real pain. Hate it when they get rid of the professional dancers that we have grown to love.............or hate! Enjoy the dresses and watching people blossom on the show.

I love it really but OTT doesn’t come close, the wall to wall squealing, the whitened teeth, the spray tan, Claudia overdosing on the Botox and Tess in Bacofoil?
Darcey gushing twaddle, Craig being grumpy etc etc etc
Why do shows have to become a parody of themselves?
But I’ll be watching.
