Mystery Road, a NZ cop series, on BBC4 started last night. The main actress from The Bridge (Saga?) is an archaeologist in it.

We're watching The Ghan on BBC4.
Some may find it boring but that was on our bucket list for this year. We'll have to make do with the TV version.
Love the Australian outback.

Oh, just been watching the Mortimer and Whitehouse fishing program. It is so lovely. Perfect for people "of a certain age", and its really got very little to do with fishing!

Have just finished binge watching “Why Women Kill”, a black comedy/drama, not a documentary. It was set in one Americans house in three different eras. 1963, 1984 and 2019. Three different married couples and their stories. Really unusual and very enthralling. Highly recommended. It was on the the Alibi channel.

I watched two episodes of Ratched, the new Netflix series which is a prequel to One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest which is one of my favourite films. So I had high hopes which sadly were not met. The cast is good so I will stick with it, the story line is very over the top, perhaps that is the intention but it’s not what I enjoy watching. The setting is 1940s Northern California, the scenery is stunning, the clothes and cars are amazing which makes me want to carry on watching.

I know its off topic but I love this Bluebelle. He is so handsome.

I’m watching Brain Surgeons on 5. Amazing

I can tell you what I've JUST watched. The Banking Secrets of the Rich and Famous. I absolutely URGE you all to watch it on iPlayer if you missed it. It is extremely revealing!!

The 7:39 on BBC1 was good, more to come.....

I’ve just watched Brain Surgeons. The resilience of the 12 year old patient and his parents together with the calm and skill of the surgeons are mind blowing.

We watched Panorama about banking too - it is amazing what is going on and people are getting away with it!
Watched this evenings episode of the 7-39 - I wonder how it will pan out tomorrow! All good actors.

I absolutely adore Poldark at the moment, my grandson set me up a Netflix and I'm now re-watching the thick of it

We are watching Borgen on Netflix it’s a (dubbed) danish film about a female PM, it’s very watchable.
However the GBBO is on at 8pm so I’ll be watching that and Boris.

After watching Boris address the nation at 8pm tonight, I’ll need to watch something frivolous and distracting!

Bake Off is back!

I didn't enjoy Bake Off. Not sure why but maybe it's Matt Lucas.

However I do like Matt Lucas so thought I'd give it a whirl

Just finished watching the last ep of Criminal (UK). NETFLIX I've got really hooked into this brilliant tense serial. Excellent.
