When Terry Duckworth sold his son, it was practically unbelievable, but I swallowed it with a pinch of - -soap opera-- salt.

I suppose it's been a long time since then, so younger viewers wont find it at all boring, and can accept that Grace would do such a thing.

But I still think Grace is going to end up in the sink hole for Christmas!

I agree BlueBelle the new Max is a big improvement on the previous one. He looks exactly like a sullen teenager before he opens his mouth. There ought to be some good storylines for him. Mimi will be the finish of Fizz and Phil, I think. Tyrone might get another chance if that happens but will Alina, who I strongly suspect WAS pregnant when she went back to Romania, returns with a mini Tyrone in tow?

Mimi is a very poor caricature. She has appalling taste in clothes and hair like a bird's nest. Not posh at all. Is she meant to be like this or has casting and costumes cocked up badly?
I look forward to Evelyn's return. Where actually are Evelyn and Cerberus by the way?

Ah well, they can just expand the elastic walls of the house that had 2 bedrooms when Vera and Jack lived there, and all fit in together. Tyrone and Fizz, baby Tyrone, Hope and Ruby, Nanna and Cerberus as permanent residents, with occasional visits from Alina and Phil.

Yes - I'm always amazed at how many people can fit into the houses that were two up two down when the programme started! They all seem to have bathrooms now, so that must mean one bedroom and a bathroom, or one bedroom and the other divided into two tiny rooms. Eileen's house is remarkable - she has had so many people living there at once that they must have been sleeping in shifts.

I think Gail/ David’s house also had loads of residents- Gail with occasional husband/ David and Shona/ 2 kids/ Bethany / Sarah. I know they had the extension with the body underneath - was that removed with the sinkholes?

Paddy Bever as Max is brilliant. He acts that teenage insolence so well. I want to send him to bed for a thousand years when he starts

So was Paul also living in Daniel's flat too? surely it is only a two bed flat what a mess Daniel has got himself into. I think he has done something wrong though. He has crossed boundaries with a pupil and I imagine it is something teachers have to be very aware of (especially young ones) even the babysitting was wrong. I worked managing and training young people (so not even at school!) and there were clear guidelines as to what was and wasn't appropriate. Someone in my position got disciplined for messaged a young woman he was training on facebook (idiot)

It's an interesting situation to highlight though. You can see how Daniel walked into it oblivious of Summer's crush on him. A risk lots of inexperienced male teachers must run into.

Go Tracy! It actually brought tears to me when she stuck up for Daniel, no question! Families sticking up for each other. Whatever happened to that?
