I am English, I am a Conservative party member (for now), I believe in the Union but hope I’m not a bigot or a tactless airhead. The Union can only work if we treat each other with respect and not slag off the First Minister of each nation.
I do wish that talk of English Tories would not lump us all in to the same vegetable basket.

Truss was Johnson's choice for FS so she must be bonkers - what a dreadful and ludicrous situation we find ourselves in when the lessons of the past are not learned from.

Nicola just wants to be Queen. She has no interest in actually running the country - independence for her is a vanity project. Yes, i am 'elderly' (!!) does that mean my opinion doesn't count - that sounds just like Nicola talking. If the Scots want to leave the Union (and i am half Scots) then let them. See how they get on! At the moment their NHS is in chaos, drug-related deaths and crime are still on the increase - just let's leave them to it and see who comes out in a better position. Just try listening to Nicola on home issues - oh! you can't she just keeps banging on about Independence! You are the deluded ones if you follow her.

If you watch the whole interview, when the presenter asks the question "What is your plan to reverse that?", before she gets into her 'you can't get me I'm a child of the union' routine an audience member shouts out "Build a wall!" and is rewarded by laughter from the others.

PleAse STOP we don’t all want Nicola sturgeon I wish people would stop and actually see what has she done . Stop saying all Scottish people want independence and am not in the minority as for the Scottish clown we have in Westminster if we hear him say I am talking on behalf of all Scottish people.
